if you had a teenage daughter, would you give her pepper spray to carry in her purse?

or would you just make her take a self defense course?
In most states it is illegal for a minor to carry mace/pepper spray. Not all states, but most. If I was genuinely concerned about my daughter, and believed her to be responsible with it, would I provide this to her as a last means of self-defense….Without question, yes. Bare in mind, you could potentially breaking the law providing it to her. If she gets caught at school with it, she and or you could be facing problems. Either you or her or both of you could face charges or at the very least, if it is in violation of school policy, and probably is, she will be looking at some type of school discipline.
Self defense class? Absolutley! Completely legal, everyone has the right to defend themself.
